I bought this tennis for my wife. I have one and the tennis is so light and comfortable.

This was the first pair of running shoes I have found that will accommodate my high arches without orthotics. They are super light, flexible, and durable. I do not experience knee pain or shin pain on my long runs with these shoes. They have outlasted my Asics Kayanos and offer much more support and a superior fit. I also have a pair of Wave Creation 10’s. I love them, but they are a little heavier and not quite as “fast” or flexible. Still love the Creation, but run road races in the Riders. Creation has superior construction, but they are also $30-40 more. Will definitely buy another pair. I was once a Nike customer, but no more.

I bought these shoes last year while training for a 10K. I was amazed at how light they were compared to other brands with similar cushioning. Though light, excellent support. They made for a great comfortable race, and are still holding up hundreds of miles later.

I bought the Mizuno Wave Rider 12 to replace my Wave Rider 11. I workout in these shoes and work in them as I am a bartender and am on my feet for 8 hours. I have been buying mizunos for a number of years now since going to a running store and finding out what I needed. There is no break in period with these shoes they are good to go right out of the box. I have high arches and have had bunion surgery so I tend to under pronate so the support and cushioning is superior with this shoe.

These sneakers have an extra amount of cushioning around the ankles, which is very very comfy and supportive, though there’s nothing special about the amount of cushion throughout the rest of the shoe. I put insoles in mine, which makes the shoes perfectly fine for my slight supination. I was surprised at how nice and light the shoes are, and their shape conditions you to run on your toes, making you faster.
